We're searching for a Compliance and Recruitment Senior Administrator to join our Administration Team. This is not just an admin job; it's a crucial role where you'll be instrumental in shaping an outstanding candidate experience, supporting the growth of our dedicated care professionals.
You'll ensure our onboarding process complies with all relevant CQC regulations and our internal policies, maintaining high standards every step of the way.
It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of the care sector, ideally within a compliance role.

- Manage both the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System), overseeing applicant management, screening, and interview scheduling while maintaining accurate digital records, assisting with data entry, and reports
- Guide individuals through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Meticulously oversee all pre-employment checks, including:
- DBS checks
- References
- Right-to-work checks
- ID documentation
- Monitor and audit systems data
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of new systems
- Liaise with external systems providers like DBS, Zinc, and Indeed
- Log system-related expenditures, including Indeed recruitment costs and recruitment event days
- Prepare data for the Managing Director and organisation on a monthly and ad-hoc basis
- Update contracts in line with current employment law
- Provide former colleague references in line with company policies
- Support managers with HR-related issues
- Produce the On-Call rota

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of compliance standards and processes required for the Health & Social Care sector, with experience working in the sector within an administrative capacity
- Experience of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience with system implementation
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Word
- Excel (with advanced skills for analytical tasks and report creation)
- MS Teams
- PowerPoint (with advanced knowledge for presentation crafting)
- Outlook
- Bonus: Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
- A proactive, self-motivated, and flexible approach to work
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A genuine interest in working in the care sector and a commitment to quality
