Senior Administrator

Senior Financial Services Administrator

About the Role

Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator ready to step into a senior role where you can truly make an impact? We're looking for someone who thrives on ownership, takes pride in high-quality work, and enjoys being a key part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

As a Senior Administrator, you'll be the essential support behind our Financial Planners, streamlining their day, elevating client service, and ensuring every process meets the highest industry standards.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a company that values integrity, personal development, and working together to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Own Your Day: Manage your workload independently with efficiency, accountability, and a focus on excellence.
  • Support Our Financial Planners: Take charge of Financial Planners’ diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and client touchpoints.
  • Be Client-Facing: Confidently communicate with clients, attend meetings alongside Financial Planners, and manage complex or technical cases from start to finish.
  • Deliver End-to-End Case Management: Process new business, monitor progression, and handle all aspects of client servicing with precision.
  • Raise the Admin Bar: Prepare high-quality documentation, meeting notes, and suitability report drafts—all while keeping compliance front and centre.
  • Champion Compliance & Standards: Operate within regulatory frameworks and company values; stay informed of industry and legislative changes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
