Senior Administrator, Insolvency & Restructuring – Quantuma (Maidenhead)

Our experts help clients navigate business transactions, disputes, risk mitigation, and operational/challenging financial decisions. About the Role: Senior Administrator – Insolvency & Restructuring

Seeking experienced insolvency professionals ready to advance their careers with meaningful challenge and growth opportunities. This role involves managing a diverse caseload—Trading & Pre-Pack Administrations, Complex Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), and Advisory Restructuring assignments—alongside M&A processes led by senior teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for your own caseload, impacting diverse commercial entities.
  • Contribute to accelerated M&A deals, strategic restructures, and dispute resolution support.
  • Lead and deliver advisory projects requiring autonomy and strong stakeholder relations.
  • Work collaboratively with Managers/Directors across all stages of engagements.
  • propagate continuous professional development with relevant recognised qualifications.

Who We’re Looking for

  • Extensive Insolvency Administrator experience—confident in Administration, liquidation (both solvent and insolvent) and CVA processes.
  • Proven capability to manage end-to-end insolvency cases independently and ethically.
  • Research, trading company knowledge, and risk assessment acumen essential.
  • Exceptional CX skills, clarity with courts/creditors, and excellent case note documentation.
  • For relocation: flexible agility for credible engagement in our cross-border advisory schemes.
