Senior Administrator

Are you an organised professional with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support? We are looking for a Senior Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rural land and property advisory services. This position involves coordinating communication between internal teams and external clients, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting day-to-day operations through tasks such as invoice processing, call handling and general office administration.

Our Winchester office has 50 professionals across our main divisions which means there are lots of exciting events going on with various office socials, health & wellbeing and fundraising activities to get involved in.

Main tasks:

An up to date knowledge of team projects. Support the team on matters involving budgets and billing; fee forecast; staff information and office inductions. To produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed timescales. To support the team, as required, and carry out administration of compliance and databases including Business Central, Connect, Time Management Software, TRAMPS, AML checks and Dwellant as required. To process fee accounts and expenses for the team Processing client invoices and working closely with the Carter Jonas Client Accounting and Finance departments. To provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all clients who visit or contact the office, providing refreshments as needed. Providing support to the team with streamlining processes and reporting, printing and complying reports or letters to tenants/contractors. Reporting on a weekly / monthly basis to the team meeting

What will it take to be successful?

You will have ideally gained experience in a professional services administration role within the property sector, although property sector experience is not essential. You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to multitask and liaise with different stakeholders within Carter Jonas. You will be a quick learner with excellent organisation skills, who focuses on attention to detail and accuracy, along with a good level of Excel knowledge. You must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in fast paced environment.
