Senior Administrator | Worsley | Up to £30,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Full time, office based)

Flexible working hours | Competitive salary + excellent benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful and fast-growing business as a Senior Administrator, reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for an experienced Administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop into a Personal Assistant position.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with senior leaders, gaining invaluable exposure while developing your organisational, communication and executive support skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Working alongside the Senior Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the executive office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of schedules, communications and key business activities.

Senior Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Team.
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage email inboxes, prioritising and responding where appropriate.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and occasional personal bookings.
  • Assist with planning weekly priorities and maintaining key trackers.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare documents, correspondence and presentations as required.
  • Support the organisation of meetings, events and executive projects.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and eager to build a career in executive support.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative or Office Support role.
  • A desire to progress into a Personal Assistant career.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating travel and diary management would be advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, positive approach with a willingness to learn.
  • A full UK driving licence - Essential
