MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience working with ad tech products, ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics and understanding of engineering solutions built for scale.
- Experience working in the ad space, first-party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising.
- Effective project management, people management and leadership skills, analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

In this role, you will bring engineering solutions to more customers, partners, and agencies to accelerate growth at global scale. You will build platforms to help deliver solutions enabling growth with agility and efficiency. You will automate workflows and externalize tech and media solutions for amplified reach.
You will focus on both solutioning and scaling at a global level, partnering with regional stakeholders, product teams, and specialists, and re-envisioning the way Google Technical Services Ads goes to market across customer segments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for proactively identifying and building a series of solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.
- Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out customers globally.
- Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals.
