Location: Remote (United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, or Argentina)
Role Overview
We are hiring Engineering Experts to train AI on interpreting and solving complex technical problems. You will act as a domain expert by:
- Creating rigorous technical prompts
- Evaluating AI’s answers for accuracy
- Ensuring frontier AI aligns with the highest standards of technical reasoning
This role is fully remote and offers a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the correctness and relevance of AI-generated domain-specific text
- Develop sophisticated Electrical Engineering prompts and expert-level reference answers
- Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and technical coherence
- Review and refine AI-generated chains of thought for technical correctness
- Deliver clear, precision-driven written feedback on engineering reasoning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to sustain quality benchmarks

Required Skills
- Ability to communicate complex engineering concepts concisely in English
- Acute analytical reasoning with rigorous attention to technical detail
- Self-motivation in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Aerospace, Materials Science, Biomedical, Nuclear Engineering, or Engineering Physics
- Hands-on experience as a practicing engineer, researcher, or high-level technical analyst

Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate: Up to $150 USD/hour
- Weekly payments via PayPal, AirTM, or other supported platforms
