Senior Affiliate Manager
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to take ownership of high-impact client portfolios and scale performance through smart strategy, strong relationships, and hands-on execution. You’ll lead affiliate programs end-to-end setting direction, optimizing performance, and mentoring a team to deliver measurable results.
Location: Only candidates based in or able to work from Plymouth, UK will be considered.
What You’ll Do
Own affiliate strategy: Build and evolve tailored plans aligned to client goals, KPIs, and growth targets Lead execution: Run day-to-day program operations, campaigns, and optimizations Deliver results: Analyze performance, forecast outcomes, and continuously improve ROI Grow partnerships: Recruit, activate, and negotiate with top-tier affiliates to unlock new revenue Advise clients: Present insights, influence decisions, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders Strengthen programs: Drive acquisition and retention initiatives across the affiliate channel Ensure excellence: Oversee reporting, budgets, compliance, and promotional execution Lead meetings: Run client reviews and strategy sessions to maintain satisfaction and retention Solve problems: Act as escalation point for client, partner, and program issues
