Amazon Ads Overview

Amazon Ads is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions—including display, video, audio, and custom ads—leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. If you’re interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place.

Agency Development Managers (ADM)

Agency Development Managers (ADM) are single-threaded owners responsible for relationships with our largest agency customers. They own the Amazon/Agency HoldCo relationship at the most senior level. ADMs are tasked with accelerating Amazon Ads revenue, increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption, and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating at all levels, strategic thinkers, and able to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our agency clients. Candidates must make data-driven decisions, set and achieve ambitious goals, and have the ability to “think big.” In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
