Now, as the consultancy grows, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our permanent team. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and digital solutions, owning a complex portfolio of technical projects and ensuring value-driven delivery.
Responsibilities (You’ll bring...)
- Proven experience in consultancy
- Agile expertise, covering the entire Product Development Lifecycle (from concept to live)
- A pragmatic mindset when applying Agile methods and frameworks
- Sharp attention to detail paired with the ability to balance microscope and macroperspectives
- Natural facilitation skills to drive collaboration in workshops and team conversations
- Ability to align business priorities with real value, supporting Product Owners to build meaningful solutions
- Continuing professional development in Agile practices and BA methodologies
- Evidence of managing stakeholder relationships to ensure clear, effective requirements
- Demonstrable track record in establishing policies and procedures that strengthen company culture and vision
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Self-sufficiency—capable of working in teams with minimal oversight
