As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our consultancy’s core team. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and digital solutions, overseeing a complex portfolio of technical projects with vision and purpose.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis, your role will be pivotal. You’ll diagnose challenges, define clear outcomes, and translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. A collaborative, pragmatic partner, you’ll:
- Work closely with clients, scale-ups, government bodies, and other major organisations
- Oversee strategic projects from concept through delivery
- Facilitate conversations and workshops to align stakeholders and ensure stakes hold to the vision
- Ensure every bit of work builds real business value
- Keep clients informed with clear, accurate reporting.

Responsibilities
- Translation: Convert business objectives into technical requirements and vice versa
- Facilitation: Lead workshops, grooming sessions, and stakeholder interactions to align visions
- Advocacy: Support Product Owners in driving value-focused delivery
- Strategic Oversight: Prioritise and maintain a portfolio of complex technical projects
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (engineers, UX, DevOps) and clients for smooth workflow
- Quality Assurance: Ensure processes align with best-practice frameworks like Agile
- Communication: Distill complex information into an accessible context for all stakeholders
Requirements
Must-Have Qualities & Experience
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment
- Deep knowledge of the Agile Product Development Lifecycle (from initial ideas to live product)
- Pragmatic approach to Agile methodologies and frameworks – theory alone won’t cut it
- Ability to see both the big picture and an overwhelming level of detail
- Conviviality: A natural facilitator who gets people excited about participation
- Strategic Plus: Align business priorities with concrete value creation to enhance organisational effectiveness
- Well-versed in both Agile and Business Analyst best-practises
- Track record in managing stakeholder relationships to ensure needs are met
- Experience defining processes and policies that reinforce company values
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work self-reliantly, with minimal direct supervision
Helpful Nice-to-Haves
- Multi-industry or multi-sector experience
- Experience working in both public and private sectors
