Senior Agile Delivery Manager (Senior ADM) – Public Sector | London, Milton Keynes or East Kilbride
Rate: Up to £600pd (inside IR35)
Clearance: Active S
Location: London / Milton Keynes / East Kilbride – travel between sites required
We're looking for an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager to join a large public sector organisation, focused on upskilling teams in agile delivery practices and workload management. This role is centred on coaching and knowledge transfer, helping build sustainable, long-term agile capability across the organisation.
About the role:
This engagement is focused on embedding best practice agile delivery and workload management across the organisation's teams, rather than running a single delivery in isolation. The successful candidate will coach and mentor teams, design and deliver structured training, and act as a hands-on capability-building resource — with a strong emphasis on Azure DevOps as the platform underpinning day-to-day delivery. Given the coaching remit and the scale of the organisation, sustained senior-level experience is required to deliver successfully across multiple teams and sites.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
