Role

Hands-on, AI-first role producing full production-ready shots end-to-end. You’ll generate, refine, and sign off work to a Photoshop/Nuke-level standard of finish, judgement, and consistency.

Duration

2 weeks initially, with potential to extend. Rate dependent on experience.

What you’ll do

  • Own full shots from brief to delivery: stills and short motion / multimodal assets
  • Work AI-centrically generative tools as the primary path, with Photoshop/Nuke-level polish where needed
  • Generate and iterate with image models such as NanoPro, Flux, Krea, Wan, Qwen
  • Create and refine motion with tools such as Seedance, Google Omni, and similar
  • Build and optimise ComfyUI and multi-tool pipelines for speed, quality, and batch consistency
  • Apply senior finish judgement: catch artefacts, lighting/style drift, motion issues, and continuity problems before delivery
  • Embed in the project’s visual pipeline, learn its look and standards quickly, and contribute practical improvements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
