Senior AI Content Producer

Product Creative & AI Content Video Editor

About the Role

As a member of Arm’s Product Creative organization, you’ll play a key role in scaling the creation of product-focused content across video, social media, creator programs, and digital channels.

This dynamic role blends content production, video editing, AI-powered workflows, and audience-driven storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Social, Communications, and Demo teams to craft compelling multichannel content, showcasing Arm’s cutting-edge technology to global audiences.

We’re looking for passionate content creators with a deep interest in emerging AI tools, technology storytelling, social media, and modern content production.


Responsibilities

  • Produce, edit, and publish video content for social media, digital channels, events, and campaigns
  • Create product-focused assets including:
    • Demo videos
    • Explainer content
    • Launch assets
    • Behind-the-scenes & creator-style storytelling
  • Optimise content for YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and short-form platforms, including upcoming channels
  • Leverage AI-powered content tools to enhance speed, scalability, and quality
  • Capture and edit content from product launches, executive events, partner activities, and demos
  • Partner with Social, Product Marketing, Creative, and Communications teams to support key campaigns and product launches
  • Establish repeatable AI-native content production workflows across the organisation
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement, iterating for continuous improvement

Requirements

Core Experience

  • Experience producing and editing video content for digital/social marketing purposes
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and modern video workflows
  • Expertise in social-first content and short-form video production
  • Strong storytelling, video-editing, and content planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under tight constraints

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with AI tools like: Runway, ComfyUI, Flux, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs, or Descript
  • Experience in tech/PC/raw AI/semiconductor/software/developer sectors
  • Motion graphics experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects)
  • Hands-on relationship-building with influencers, creators, or podcasters
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for content performance measurement
