Senior AI Data Engineer
Senior AI and Data Engineer
Location: London (2 days per week in office)

You will join a collaborative and growing team within strategy and data transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders. The culture thrives on:

The Role
Develop end-to-end AI and data solutions, covering the entire pipeline—from modelling to production.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions across multiple domains, including:
- Document drafting
- Client communications
- Pricing optimisation
- Workflow automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI products
- Construct and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI and analytics use cases
- Evaluate and implement off-the-shelf AI tools to accelerate operations
- Deliver multiple concurrent AI projects, balancing innovative exploration with reliable engineering execution

Your Skills and Experience
We seek candidates with:
- Strong commercial experience in AI and data engineering within a business environment
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions from first principles to scaled production
- Direct experience with:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI tools for automation, content generation, or workflow optimisation
- Solid knowledge of data engineering principles, including:
- Pipelines and data workflows
- Data architecture
- Full-stack data modeling
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions
- Comfortability working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and multiple overlapping projects
