Senior AI Engineer
Take ownership of core AI infrastructure across the entire product, spanning intelligent agent systems, data retrieval pipelines, APIs, and production deployment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and ship backend services and APIs using modern Python/Django.
- Build and maintain production-grade AI features, including:
- Retrieval-augmented generation
- Agent orchestration
- Model evaluation
- Develop data pipelines supporting model training, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Own reliability, performance, and security considerations across the codebase.
- Support and mentor less senior engineers; actively raise engineering standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of shipping AI-powered features in production.
- Strong Python skills, with preference for Django experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cloud platforms
- Containers
- Automated deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with:
- Async task processing
- In-memory data stores
- LLM evaluation methods and tooling
- RAG pipelines
- AI agent orchestration
