Senior AI Engineer (Agents) - London (Hybrid)
A high-growth AI company building next-generation agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers are looking for an experienced engineer who enjoys building from scratch and shipping production-grade AI systems.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Building and deploying agentic AI systems from concept to production.
- Designing multi-agent workflows using modern AI frameworks and tooling.
- Working closely with Product to identify opportunities and deliver new AI capabilities.
- Integrating AI solutions into complex enterprise environments.
- Taking ownership of architecture, implementation, and delivery.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Proven experience building and shipping AI agents in production.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI frameworks.
- Experience working on greenfield or early-stage products.
- Product-minded, hands-on engineer who thrives in ambiguity.
- Passion for agentic AI development over traditional chatbot or RAG solutions.
- Able to attend the London office two days per week.
