AI Engineer - AI Solutions Delivery
A private equity-backed professional services firm is expanding its internal AI capability and is looking for an AI Engineer to join its growing data team.
We are looking for someone who is interested in building AI products that deliver real business value, with ownership across GenAI, automation, and data engineering.
By joining us, you will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to help deliver AI solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, and support commercial decision-making.

This is a hands-on engineering role offering broad technical ownership across:
- GenAI
- AI agents
- Automation
- Azure-based data engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production GenAI applications end-to-end
- Develop AI agents and workflow automations for internal business functions
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems using Azure technologies
- Contribute to data engineering projects alongside the Lead Data Engineer
- Manage multiple AI initiatives while helping prioritise the delivery backlog
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions

Key Details
- Salary: £80,000–£90,000 + equity
- Working model: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the London office (very flexible)
- Tech stack: Python, Azure, Claude, GitHub Copilot, AI Agents, Data Engineering
