Senior AI Engineer / ML Platform Engineer
Senior AI Engineer / ML Platform Engineer
Databricks | GenAI | MLOps | £600-£700/day | Outside IR35 | Remote
We're working with a number of organisations building next-generation AI and machine learning platforms and are looking to speak with experienced AI Engineers, ML Engineers and MLOps Engineers.
You'll be working on projects including:
- Building AI and agentic platforms
- Productionising LLM and GenAI solutions
- Developing ML platforms and feature stores
- Building RAG and vector search solutions
- Designing scalable data and AI pipelines
- Implementing MLOps and LLMOps best practices

We're interested in people with experience in:
- Python
- Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Mosaic AI)
- LLMs, GenAI and AI Agents
- MLOps and production ML systems
- CI/CD and DevOps
- AWS and/or Azure
- Kafka and streaming technologies
- Terraform and infrastructure as code
- Feature stores and model deployment

Nice to have:
- Databricks certifications
- Consulting experience
- Financial Services or other regulated industries
- Experience delivering AI solutions into production
- Previous Databricks public sector/DPP experience
