Senior AI Engineer (Python & GCP) - Contract Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Python & GCP) with strong backend and cloud experience to build production-grade Agentic AI systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation AI solutions, designing intelligent workflows, integrations, and reliable LLM-powered applications.

The Senior AI Engineer (Python & GCP) will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with modern AI development practices, building scalable multi-agent systems using leading AI frameworks and Google Cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop multi-agent AI systems and stateful workflows using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph.
  • Build secure Python APIs, tool integrations, and backend services that enable AI agents to interact with business systems.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies, memory management, context handling, and structured LLM outputs using Pydantic and JSON schemas.
  • Implement AI reliability practices including guardrails, fallback mechanisms, evaluation frameworks, and observability.
  • Deploy and support cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
