What You Can Expect
- Work using agile best practices in cross-functional teams, applying technical skills to problem-solving for both clients and internal projects.
- Participate in in-person whiteboarding sessions to brainstorm and collaborate, supplemented by asynchronous communication via Teams.
- Hybrid working will include time in-office or on-site, with flexibility based on role/assignment (up to 5 days per week as needed).
- Operate in a values-driven culture (Values | PA Consulting) with a focus on handoff partnerships, diversity, and impact.
- Cutting-edge technology exposure: Experiment with Generative AI tools like:
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
- OpenAI and Anthropic APIs.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge graphs.
- Agentic architectures via the Genie platform.
- LLMOps and evaluation platforms (TruLens, Langsmith).
- Deploy solutions on modern cloud and DevOps environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) while selecting the right tools for the challenge.
- Foster a culture of learning, testing, and internal knowledge-sharing.
- Cutting-edge technology exposure: Experiment with Generative AI tools like:
Requirements
Essential (Apply even if not all are met!)
- Dedicated software engineer or data scientist with engineering skills.
- Passion for AI or willingness to learn and explore it.
- Habit of experimenting, prototyping, and testing emerging AI tools independently.
- Proficiency in languages and workflows suited to AI development.
- Experience installing and integrating AI models with APIs, data sources, or production systems.
- Curiosity about LLMs, RAG pipelines (graph-based and vector-based), and agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud-native practices (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps/DevSecOps.
- Collaborative mindset—enthusiasm to share, learn, and teach.
- Understanding of prompt and context engineering, model evaluation.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs.
- Background in LLMOps for managing GenAI workflows.

- Tech Recruitment Call (~15 mins): Discussion with one of our recruiters.
- Round 1: Competency or technical interview (~60 mins).
- Round 2: Opposite-type interview (~60 mins: competency/technical in reverse).
- Final Round (~60 mins): Case study with a PA leader—focused on client-centricity.
