The opportunity
Almost every enterprise we work with is now asking the same question: what does AI actually change for our business, and how do we adopt it at scale without losing control? Helping our largest customers answer that, credibly and in production, is the heart of this role. We have an opportunity for a Senior AI Enterprise Architect to join our EA CoE (EMEA) team. This role is based in London.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role for an architect who is, first and foremost, an expert in applied AI. You will help customers and prospects understand what generative and agentic AI mean for their business, then design the architectures, operating models, and governance that turn that potential into working solutions on Adobe technology. This is not a product configuration role.
We are looking for someone who can lead the AI conversation at senior level: someone who understands how large language models, agents, orchestration, retrieval, and governance fit together, and who can translate that into clear direction customers trust and act on. Your job is to move organisations from AI experimentation to AI at scale, safely and with measurable value.
You will work across Adobe's generative and agentic AI portfolio, including Firefly, GenStudio, and the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator and AI Assistant, with Adobe Experience Manager and enterprise content as the foundation these capabilities run on. A strong grounding in content, data, and digital experience platforms gives you the credibility to root these conversations in real systems, but the core of the role is AI: how it is applied, integrated, governed, and made dependable in complex enterprise environments.
You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from the C-suite to engineering teams, working closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partner teams to shape opportunities, lead discovery, and build the roadmaps that take customers from vision to production. The role requires travel across EMEA of up to 30%.
What you'll do
- Act as the senior AI authority in customer engagements, helping business and technical leaders understand where generative and agentic AI create real value, and where they do not
- Lead discovery sessions and executive workshops to understand customer objectives, data, constraints, risks, and success measures, then shape AI strategy, business cases, and phased roadmaps
- Design AI-enabled architectures across generative AI, agents, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval, and integration, connecting Adobe's AI capabilities to enterprise systems and data
- Define AI-enabled target operating models, including process redesign, workforce impact, and the governance structures needed to run AI responsibly at scale
- Lead on responsible AI: governance, safety, data protection, and evaluation, from model and prompt testing through to monitoring solutions in production
- Frame enterprise content, metadata, and knowledge as the foundation AI depends on, using your AEM and CMS background to shape the data quality, reuse, and structure that make AI accurate and trustworthy
- Create compelling customer-ready presentations, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives that make the case for AI adoption in plain business language, tied to clear outcomes and value
- Guide customers on integration patterns, architecture trade-offs, emerging interoperability standards, risks, and best practice for embedding AI into enterprise environments
- Shape proofs of value and reference architectures with Delivery and Product teams, and partner closely with Sales and Partners to deliver successful outcomes
- Contribute to thought leadership through points of view, reference architectures, and speaking at customer and industry forums
- Present with confidence to executive and technical audiences, simplifying complex AI topics and helping customers commit to a clear direction

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll need to succeed
- Deep, hands-on understanding of applied AI: generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering, and how these solve real enterprise problems
- Around 10+ years in customer-facing roles involving solutioning, architecture, advisory work, or strategic consulting, with recent focus on AI
- A strong track record of designing and guiding AI or data-driven solutions in complex, enterprise environments, from business case through to adoption
- Practical knowledge of responsible AI: governance, security, privacy, evaluation, model risk, and the operating models that support AI at scale
- Strong experience with enterprise CMS or digital experience platforms, with Adobe Experience Manager preferred, as the content and data foundation for AI
- The ability to translate AI capability into business value and communicate it clearly to both executive and technical stakeholders
- Experience capturing requirements, defining scope, supporting estimation, and developing proposals or customer-facing recommendations
- Familiarity with emerging agent interoperability standards, such as Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent, and how they shape enterprise architecture
- Genuine curiosity about where AI is heading and how agentic approaches change the way enterprises operate
- Relevant architecture or AI certifications are a plus, for example TOGAF, Open CA, or a recognised cloud AI certification
- Fluency in English is required. Another European language (German, French, and so on) would be a plus
