What You'll Do

As a Cybersecurity Manager-AI Architecture , you will work alongside engineering teams to design, deploy, and scale AI-enabled products and platforms. You will bring deep expertise in modern AI architectures, cloud-native systems, and software engineering practices, helping teams build resilient, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

This is a hands-on engineering role within BCG's Cybersecurity organization. You will review code, evaluate deployment architectures, and collaborate closely with developers and platform engineers to solve complex technical challenges. Your work will help engineering teams deliver secure, scalable, and reliable AI solutions while supporting the growing demand for AI capabilities across BCG's technology landscape.

Partner with engineering teams to design, deploy, and scale AI-enabled applications and platforms. Review application code, platform architectures, and deployment patterns to identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and security. Build, evolve, and enhance platform capabilities that enable production-ready AI systems and accelerate engineering teams' ability to deliver AI solutions. Design and improve architectures leveraging technologies such as Python, Kubernetes, LangGraph, LangChain, Databricks, and comparable AI and data platforms. Contribute code, technical solutions, and implementation guidance to support the development of secure, resilient, and maintainable AI services. Help shape the evolution of AI platform architecture, engineering standards, and deployment approaches across BCG's technology landscape. Evaluate AI orchestration patterns and platform designs, helping teams implement scalable and operationally effective solutions. Influence architecture and engineering decisions through credible technical leadership, practical recommendations, and hands-on partnership. Partner with global engineering and cybersecurity stakeholders to strengthen the security, reliability, and operational maturity of AI platforms and services.

What You'll Bring

6–8 years of experience building and operating AI-enabled applications, platforms, or cloud-native systems in production environments. Strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience developing solutions in Python. Experience designing, deploying, and operating Kubernetes-based platforms at scale. Experience working within AWS, Azure, GCP, or comparable cloud environments. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar technologies. Experience working with Databricks, lakehouse platforms, BigQuery, or comparable large-scale data environments. Strong understanding of distributed systems, application architecture, cloud-native deployment patterns, and engineering best practices. Proven ability to evaluate technical designs, influence engineering decisions, and collaborate effectively across engineering, platform, and cybersecurity teams.

Who You'll Work With

You will report to the Global Cybersecurity Director and work closely with software engineers, platform engineers, architects, and cybersecurity professionals across BCG's global technology landscape.

This role sits within the Cybersecurity organization and serves as a bridge between engineering and security teams. You will partner with teams building AI-enabled products, platforms, and services, helping them make informed technical decisions and implement practical improvements that strengthen security, reliability, and scalability.

You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across BCG X and other technology organizations, contributing to the evolution of AI platform capabilities, engineering standards, and secure-by-design practices globally.
