Senior AI Product Designer (£60k-£70k) at Mustard Navy

Senior AI Product Designer

Mustard Navy is the UK’s first AI product design agency, dedicated to helping healthtech and sustainability innovators transform emerging technology into loved products. Founded by industry veterans, the studio specialises in vision prototyping, zero-to-MVP builds, and reviving complex, data-rich products for global ventures.

Job Description

Join Mustard Navy as a Senior AI Product Designer to lead end-to-end client projects that redefine intelligent technology. This opportunity allows you to shape a growing studio’s culture while collaborating directly with founders driving disruption.

Why this role stands out

  • Join the UK’s first AI specialist design practice, partnering with industry leaders to build a studio from the ground up—offering significant influence over culture and process.
  • Contribute to an high-impact environment where AI informs both your product focus and internal workflows, pushing the boundaries of how design leverages technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
