Senior AI Product Engineer
Senior AI Product Engineer
Location: Remote (UK-based) Salary: £100,000–£120,000
About the Role
I am working with a SaaS company whose software underpins 10% of Fortune 100 enterprises. Their existing product is high performing, but they have a core focus in 2024—significantly enhancing their agentic capabilities by building several foundation agents as early adopters. This requires a Senior AI Product Engineer to lead the charge:
- Design and construct agentic workflows from scratch (corporate, strategic)
- Define and shape the technical stack for AI-driven products
- Enable the platform’s accessibility & flexibility through AI agents
This is a high-impact, hands-on role—expect to mentor teams, push boundaries, and make long-term architectural decisions.
Why This Role Excites Engineers
This is the right fit for an ambitious, forward-thinking engineer who values product-building, enjoys strategic deliberation, and thrives in high-performance environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
