What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning solutions that automate manual processes and optimize property maintenance workflows across the Plentific Ltd platform.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration, from predictive maintenance to intelligent document processing.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and model monitoring systems to ensure the long-term performance, reliability, and accuracy of AI-driven features in production.
The ideal candidate
- Deep technical expertise in machine learning frameworks and large language models (LLMs), with a proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions.
- Strong software engineering foundations, including proficiency in Python and experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly in building and scaling data-intensive applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, working effectively across cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
