As part of continued digital transformation, my client is seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of innovative AI, application, and data solutions across their Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, Cloud Engineering, Data Platforms, delivering solutions that directly support investment operations and business strategy.
About the Role
As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you'll take ownership of end-to-end technology delivery, from interpreting business requirements through to architecture, development, deployment, and production support.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across technology, change, and business functions to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using modern Azure technologies, Power Platform, APIs, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documentation.
- Deliver scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, application services, reporting solutions, and AI capabilities.
- Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Integrate Agentic AI technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) services into business applications.
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize production services to ensure resilience, availability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote engineering best practices, quality assurance, security standards, and governance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to colleagues across application and reporting technologies.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Significant experience delivering cloud-based software and data solutions.
- Experience within Asset/ Investment Management.
- Strong Microsoft Azure development experience.
- Full software development lifecycle experience, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Experience designing and developing APIs and microservices.
- Proven ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Agentic AI integration, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar AI services
- Workflow automation using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate
- Azure cloud services
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Application Development
- Data & Analytics
