The Opportunity
Transform the way clients engage with technology—not just managing complexities, but shaping industries through AI-driven CRM, enterprise solutions, and digital frameworks. As a Senior AI Tech Architect, you will:
- Define and design core enterprise CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the press-on-full-speed transformation of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) into unified digital ecosystems.
- Guide first-of-their-kind synthetic CRM-enabled future states to modern, efficient business workflows.
- Work with strategic executives and business units to turn abstract goals into technical precision, from concept to operational realization.

Core Responsibilities
You will:

Archive Legacy, Redefine Potential Consult on CRM-driven growth strategies, integrating sales, service, & marketing flows into unified digital experiences.

Multi-Platform Mastery Evaluatemodern CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, Adobe Commerce) and how-to-handle integrations with (ERP, Data Lake, Power BI, messaging systems).

Architect for Scale Lead the integration refactoring of legacy systems, with expertise in:
- Strangler patterns for phased system displacement
- Enterprise-grade commerce cloud (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, etc.)

Strategize, Govern, and Transform Translate CRM tech into business merits (marketing scalability, sales efficiency, service agility) for CEO-level audiences. Own the roadmap: → Govern build-buy-harnessing decisions → Assist client executive buy-in (e.g., CIO/CTO) → Deliver Proof-of-Concept (PoC) systems and batteries.

Spearhead Complex Transformations Lead ERP-CRM integrations, aligning evolution with business to unlock real-time customer insights, personalization, and system-scale armada perfection.
Who You Are
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years’ hands-on experience in IT architecture with deep dives into (CRM) and willingness to push frontiers beyond.
Qualifications & Capabilities

CRM Core Competencies
- Proven experience on Salesforce, Dynamics 365, IBM Watson CRM, SAP CRM, and Oracle CX.
- Well-reviewed community contributions (e.g., postings, conferences, or open-source transplantations for CRM frequency).

Integration Dynamo Build robust architectures with Lego-blocks of ERP, Data Lakes, APIs, and lethal beste practices: real-time processing (Kafka, MQ), orchestration (Enterprise Scheduler, OpenShift), and best-of-breed microser/programmed integrations.

- Design history with customers, metrics, and technologies
- Education for complex lean Michaelis systems or maths-pursuits (industrials, medicals, B2C).
- Certifications preferred (e.g., public cloud mastery, Salesforce Gold/Platinum Accrediation).
