Role Description

The Senior A.I Transformation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London, responsible for leading AI-driven transformation initiatives for client organisations. This role involves building agents, identifying AI use cases, and designing implementation roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.

The manager will coordinate cross-functional project teams, oversee program delivery, and ensure that AI solutions are scalable, ethical, and commercially viable. Day-to-day activities include engaging with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value, monitoring performance against KPIs, and recommending continuous improvements. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to Chesamel Group’s thought leadership and service development in AI transformation.

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, evaluate AI opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess Business Transformation skills, including experience designing and delivering end-to-end change initiatives enabled by AI and digital technologies.
  • Candidates should possess Program Management skills, with a track record of leading multi-phase projects, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, such as building business cases, modeling ROI, and understanding the financial impact of AI investments.
  • Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including client engagement, problem-solving, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation, including familiarity with common AI tools, platforms, and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, data science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in project management or AI are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consultancy environment and adapt to diverse client needs and sectors.
