About the Role
As an «Senior AI Workplace Transformation Consultant»**** at Changing Social, you will play a key role in delivering organisational change programmes that enable clients to adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI solutions effectively.
You will lead change management strategies, support stakeholder engagement, and ensure that technology adoption delivers measurable business value.
This role requires a combination of change management expertise, client-facing consulting experience, and a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy
- Design and deliver change management strategies for Microsoft 365 and Copilot programmes
- Develop adoption plans, communications, and training materials
- Ensure all change activities align with client business goals and deliver measurable outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement planning
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to support adoption

Adoption Metrics, Reporting & Value Realisation
- Develop and implement frameworks to measure adoption, usage, and ROI
- Monitor performance and recommend data-driven improvements
- Communicate progress and value realisation to stakeholders
Microsoft 365, Copilot & AI Solutions
- Support the delivery of Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions
- Identify business processes and recommend AI-enabled ways of working
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with user needs
- Translate technical functionality into clear user guidance
Client Relationship Management & Pre-Sales
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Support proposals, demos, and solution design
- Contribute to pre-sales activity and client presentations
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in change management, adoption, or consulting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
- Exposure to Copilot, Power Platform, or AI solutions is desirable
Certifications
- PROSCI or equivalent change management certification (or demonstrable experience)
- Desirable:
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-600, or similar
