Zest4Talent is partnering with a growing and well-respected Building Compliance consultancy to recruit a Senior Test Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to progress into management while remaining hands-on with technical delivery.

You will work alongside an experienced team, supporting and mentoring Test Engineers while continuing to carry out Air Tightness, Sound Insulation and Ventilation Testing. If you do not already hold ATTMA Level 2, full support will be provided to help you achieve the accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and mentor a team of Test Engineers.
  • Carry out Air Tightness, Sound Insulation and Ventilation Testing.
  • Support quality, compliance and customer service standards.
  • Help improve processes and operational performance.
  • Play a key role in developing the testing team.

About You:

  • ATTMA Level 1 qualified.
  • Minimum 5 years’ Air Tightness Testing experience.
  • Knowledge of ATTMA Level 2 requirements.
  • Ready to step into a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
