Patrick Murray and 3Search are working with a well known and established FMCG Cross Category Brand House specialising in CPGs boasting category leaders in multiple categories.
We have been selected to be their Exclusive Recruitment partner for building their Amazon, Ecommerce and E-Retail team from the ground up - a really exciting time for the business as they invest heavily in their digital proposition!
Salary: £75-86k+ Bonus + Benefits
Location: Reading (2 days a week)

Our client is a leading international CPG organisation with a portfolio of trusted consumer brands and a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and commercial excellence. As ecommerce continues to play an increasingly important role within the business, they are investing heavily in Amazon capability, retail media, and digital growth to accelerate performance across their Brand Portfolio.
Due to continued investment and growth, they are now seeking an ambitious Senior Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of their Amazon business in the UK. This is a highly visible role offering significant commercial responsibility, direct influence over strategy, and the opportunity to shape the future of a major ecommerce channel.

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will own the commercial relationship with Amazon, leading strategic planning, retail media investment, profitability, and customer growth across a portfolio of market-leading healthcare brands. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and external agencies, the Amazon Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in delivering sustainable growth while protecting brand equity and compliance standards.
The Senior Amazon Account Manager will:
- Own the Amazon P&L, delivering revenue, margin, market share, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute the annual Joint Business Plan, aligning Amazon growth initiatives with wider business objectives.
- Lead promotional strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and portfolio optimisation.
- Drive retail media performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP activity.
- Build strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders while influencing internal teams to deliver best-in-class execution.
The role requires:
- Great track record and experience within Amazon, ecommerce, or National Account Management roles.
- Proven success managing customer P&Ls and delivering sustainable sales and margin growth.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central, ecommerce trading principles, and retail media.
- Excellent commercial acumen with experience analysing profitability, pricing, and investment decisions.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions.
