Role Description

The Senior Amazon Account Manager is a full-time role, leading the day-to-day management and growth of Vanilla Underground's Amazon business across multiple international marketplaces. The person in this role will take ownership of catalogue health, listing quality, and account performance, working closely with advertising, design, and pricing teams to drive conversion and sales growth.

  • Managing listing quality
  • Overseeing FBA/SFP operations
  • Monitoring account health and buy box performance
  • Identifying opportunities for content, pricing, and advertising improvements

The Senior Amazon Account Manager will also:

  • Mentor junior team members
  • Support international expansion
  • Act as the key point of contact for Amazon-related strategy and troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • Significant hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, ideally across multiple international marketplaces.
  • Strong working knowledge of listing management, flat files, FBA/SFP operations, and account health monitoring.
  • Experience with Amazon advertising fundamentals (SP/SB/SD) and how they interact with organic performance.
  • Comfortable using data to identify performance issues and opportunities, with strong Excel/reporting skills. Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot Table experience essential.
  • Proven ability to manage or mentor junior team members and work cross-functionally with pricing, design, and advertising teams.
  • Experience with licensed, branded, or seasonal product ranges is highly beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
