About the Role GNO Partners, founded by Gal and Ouriel (ex exit-stage Amazonians of two successful brands), is a Done With You Amazon consulting agency. Unlike traditional agencies that manage accounts directly, we teach brands how to scale profitably using repeatable systems, set high-level strategies, and equip sellers for long-term success.

- Base + commission offering yearly compensation of $250,000–$300,000+ for the right candidate

Who We’re Looking For
Senior Amazon Brand Manager who:
- deeply understands Amazon FBA fundamentals
- fundamentally enjoys proven growth strategy over execution/facilitation
- has a penchant for unlocking growth through lean, precision-driven tactics
Key mindset traits:
- The same mentality as SMBs as if this were your brand
- Relatial, measured risk-taker who even thrives in ambiguity
- Data Annihilator: benchmarks, trends, and backend analytics are your plaything
Required Experience & Expertise
🔍 En O-Matic Ranking Scientist
- Product launches: history of sails above 100 ASINs orchestrated A-Z with clear metrics
- Ranking forecasting: identifies macro-trends hidden in Amazon A.I. same as a vector database comb entirely
- PPC / Ranking symbiosis:
- Meticulous keyword gap analysis beyond the obvious (refers Q4 launch Cycles prefixes strategies)
- Takes raw PPC mentality (剪裁, 📉 vs ROAC) and back-slay relaxed listing keywords via BSR perceptual mapping
- 6/6: retractions + bios conversions via conclusion: + listening workflows

💰 PPC Fire-Wrangler ($50K+ /mo)
- Pays responsibility for budgets beyond simple management (first ✅ recent $50K visible mixs)

- Uses mouth-capancies not content tracking results: cuts number of brands with profit but stakes general once-over - aka aware
🏷️ Multi-Million Dollar Brand Parent
- At least $10M pre-tax planned annually in profit (applied 2kg ties for Private Label brands of that volume or higher)
- Macro P&L coverage inside out: COGS, margins, fees, inventory turns, prepare strategic vertical conflicts/rebalancing
- Mobility under pressure accounting slip-ups during Black Friday pre domain prebration, reparative taxes etc
📦 Stake Mastery
- Proficiles both MWS and Seller Central interactions
- Accelerated into any state behind the curtains with domain like Inventory, Order Export Helps - Deep Scrutinizer type interface
- The Amazon escalations pocket dictionary if EPX run at UX core issues for software submission
