Senior Amazon Manager
Health, Wellness & Supplements
Monthly travel to the UK office
£55,000 – £65,000 base + bonus
We're partnering with a fast-growing consumer health and wellness brand looking to hire an experienced Senior Amazon Manager to take full ownership of its Amazon channel.
This is a commercially focused role with end-to-end responsibility for Amazon performance, covering trading, growth strategy, optimisation, and profitability. You'll work closely with senior leadership to scale an already well-established Amazon business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Amazon revenue, margin, and trading performance.
- Manage Seller Central, catalogue, pricing, promotions, and Buy Box performance.
- Optimise listings through SEO, A+ Content, and Brand Store improvements.
- Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities to drive growth.
- Monitor Amazon Ads performance, including TACOS and ROAS.
- Grow Subscribe & Save and improve customer retention.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain to deliver commercial objectives.
- Lead weekly trading reviews, reporting, and action plans.

About You
- Proven experience managing a high-performing Amazon channel for a consumer brand.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience owning revenue and commercial performance.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, content optimisation, and conversion.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and highly organised.
- Experience within health, wellness, supplements, nutrition, beauty, or another consumer product category is highly desirable.
