Senior Analyst - Subscriptions
London (4 days per week in office) | Up to £70,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded analytics team within a global consumer subscription business.
The Company
They are a globally recognised consumer brand with a substantial digital subscription offering and a significant international presence. Data plays a central role in decision-making across the business, with continued investment in analytics, technology, and AI capabilities.
The Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will support growth initiatives across the EMEA region through data-driven insight and strategic recommendations. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse subscriber acquisition, retention, churn, and lifetime value trends.
- Deliver commercial insights that support customer growth and business performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and regional teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior decision-makers.
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions that communicate performance effectively.
- Support experimentation and analytical projects focused on subscriber growth.
- Contribute to the development of analytics best practices and AI-enabled ways of working.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large datasets.
- Experience in customer analytics, subscriber analytics, CRM analytics, or growth analytics.
- Strong understanding of acquisition, retention, churn, and lifetime value metrics.
- Experience with data visualisation and dashboard development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
- Comfortable influencing and challenging senior stakeholders where appropriate.
