Senior Analyst, Subscriber Growth

London, Hybrid

Salary up to £70,000


This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Analyst to join a high-growth digital subscription business and play a key role in shaping customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategy across multiple international markets. You will work at the heart of decision-making, delivering insights that directly influence commercial outcomes and customer experience.

The Role

You will join a specialist analytics team focused on subscriber growth, retention, and customer health.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering actionable insights on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and subscription performance
  • Translating complex data into clear recommendations for commercial and senior stakeholders
  • Designing and evaluating statistically robust tests and experiments
  • Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor performance and business KPIs
  • Supporting a data-driven culture by enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions through self-service analytics
  • Identifying opportunities to improve analytical processes and introduce scalable solutions
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to align analytics priorities with business objectives
  • Managing multiple analytical requests and delivering high-quality insight in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong commercial analytics experience within a consumer, subscription, digital, or customer-focused business
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and optimise complex queries
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods including experimentation, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, or predictive modelling
  • Experience using Python, R, or a similar analytical programming language
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations
  • Exposure to machine learning techniques or AI-enabled analytical workflows would be beneficial
