£90,000 + Bonus Brighton (Hybrid – 3x Days a Week in Office)

The Role
You'll join a growing Data function, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to solve complex business problems through data. This is a highly commercial role where you'll combine analytics, experimentation, and light-touch data science to uncover opportunities, influence product strategy, and deliver measurable business impact. You'll work across the full product lifecycle, from sizing opportunities before development through to measuring success once new features are launched.
Projects include:
- Recommendation engines and personalization
- Product analytics and customer journey optimization
- Experimentation and A/B testing
- AI-powered product features and proof of concepts
- Opportunity sizing and commercial analysis
- Product performance measurement

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Python experience or hands-on exposure to AI/LLM tools
- Experience delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Experience designing, measuring, and interpreting experiments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding business problems first, then using the right analytical techniques to deliver meaningful outcomes.
