The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to coordinate and deliver change initiatives that support the development and deployment of operational capability for our Investment Management activities in London and New York. You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders across Finance & Operations, Investments, Risk & Compliance, and Technology to support the robust execution and governance of our global change agenda.
You’ll be accountable for ensuring that the implementation of Operations Change capabilities, systems, and processes across the UK and US offices are delivered to schedule, tracked to budget, and are fit for purpose.
As The Operations Change Senior Analyst, You’ll
- Lead small to medium-scale change initiatives impacting Operations, including managing project plans, RAID logs, and delivering updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct business analysis by assessing current processes, identifying gaps and opportunities, negotiating improvements, and designing and implementing future-state workflows.
- Support strategic and major projects by working with subject matter experts to assess change impacts, facilitate operational readiness, and ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
- Provide SME knowledge to ensure best practice design thinking in our business solutions.
- Work closely with Risk teams to maintain transparency of change activities and proactively manage operational risks.
- Develop a strong understanding of Investment Operations systems and their integrations to support the operating model, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen control frameworks.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a collaborative problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and change delivery. You’ll thrive in a global, fast-paced environment, bringing both analytical skills and a hands-on approach.
To Excel In This Role, You’ll Need
Educational Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in investments, business, finance, mathematics, science, or engineering.
Career Experience:
- Strong experience in middle office operations within funds, investment managers, or custodians.
Role-Specific Capabilities:
- Operational understanding of data flows between Asset Owner, Fund Manager, and Custodian/Administrator in public markets; strong product knowledge and trade workflows across a range of instruments, especially derivatives; experience in change implementation as project manager, business analyst, or key subject matter expert; experience with investment applications such as Aladdin, Calypso, Simcorp Dimension, Bloomberg, FXAll.
