As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage within the Operations and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice areas, you’ll join a fast-growing global team, providing industry/functional expertise and insights. You’ll collaborate with case and proposal teams to offer knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory. In the Topic Activation path, you’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert, helping structure and solve complex client issues.
Within the Customer Services Topic Area, you’ll support commercialization efforts through analysis, stakeholder workshops, and marketing materials. Additionally, you’ll contribute to developing intellectual property for the business while assisting with onboarding and mentoring junior colleagues.

- Serve as a thought partner and content expert for case teams and topic/sector leaders
- Structure and resolve complex business issues in customer service and contact centers

Client Advisory
- Support commercialization by contributing analysis, insights, and proposals
- Develop knowledge assets to empower case teams and client engagement
Intellectual Asset Creation
- Contribute to intellectual property and proprietary research development
- Assist in training junior colleagues on topic/sector expertise
Domain-Specific Expertise
- Drive process and digital innovation for Customer Services and Contact Centers:
- Leverage AI/technology (e.g., RPA, AI) for boosting efficiency
- Optimize digital service interactions, IVR systems, and AI-driven solutions
- Develop business cases and operational plans for improvement
- Implement solutions for handling time optimization, queuing logic
- Focus on large-scale Contact Centers (>5,000 FTEs), typically in service providers or high-visibility brands (e.g., retail banks, telecoms, utilities, airlines)
Stakeholder Interaction
- Present findings to case teams and stakeholders in a credible, confident, and collaborative manner
- Work in virtual-first, agile team environments
Ambiguity Navigation
- Provide innovative, idea-driven solutions in dynamic, complex scenarios
Required Skills & Background
Experience
- 2+ years of consulting experience in Customer Service/Contact Centers; consulting experience preferred
- Alternatively: 3+ years relevant industry experience; 4–6+ years strongly preferred
- Implicit understanding required of:
- Technology-driven innovation (AI, automation, digital transformation)
- Operations (capacity management, workflow optimization)
- People challenges (talent enablement, workforce strategies)
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree highly valued
- Expertise in big Contact Center (>5,000 FTEs) transformations/operations with industry leaders (e.g., banks, telecoms, utilities, airlines) or tech firms (Zendesk, Nice, Qualtrics)
