Junior Analyst, Brand Compliance & Auditing – American Express Global Business Travel (GBT)

Come join us at a place where travel and technology drive positive change in identity and trust.

American Express Global Business Travel is a world where colleagues find inspiration in travel as a force for good—and through their work—can shape the future of our industry. We’re here to help our colleagues achieve success and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where ideas are valued, and voices are heard.

About the Role

The Global Brand Governance team at American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a detail-oriented, analytically driven Junior Analyst, Brand Compliance & Auditing—an opportunity for a compliance-focused professional passionate about brand integrity, process excellence, and meaningful impact.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of compliance audit operations, ensuring our sub-licensing partners adhere to the Trade License Agreement while developing frameworks to scale compliance rigorously. You’ll operate at the intersection of brand governance, legal compliance, and operational innovation—collaborating with legal teams and leadership to identify risks, enhance processes, and pilot cutting-edge AI automation.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex environments, loves solving intricate problems, and is eager to leverage emerging technology to transform compliance workflows. Your work will directly drive outcomes like completed audits, reduced cycle times, and stronger partner risk management.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute and document annual compliance audits of sub-licensing partners, including thorough findings and clear, actionable audit reports against the Trade License Agreement (TLA)
  • Analyze audit findings to identify legal risks, collaborate with global legal teams on implications, and ensure remediation tracking
  • Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track audit results, compliance metrics, and key risk indicators—visualising data for leadership reporting
  • Optimise compliance processes by identifying inefficiencies and piloting AI and automation solutions for manual review tasks, reducing audit complexity and cycle times
  • Cleanse, enrich, and model complex data from disparate sources to support strategic reporting and data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct proactive compliance reviews for business units to ensure alignment with brand, trademark, and regulatory standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
