Senior Analyst, EMEA Total Rewards

Welcome to the Future of Nuclear Energy

Welcome to the future of nuclear energy, where Westinghouse Electric Company is leading the field with expertise and innovation to shape the power of tomorrow.

At Westinghouse, innovation is in our DNA. We are creative. We think differently. We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.

The Role

The Senior Analyst, EMEA Total Rewards position supports the Director of Total Rewards in EMEA by utilizing employee and company data to improve and standardize business processes in benefits, health & insurance, and compensation. As Senior Analyst you will ensure compliance with pension requirements, primarily in the UK but also across the region. You will use several data analytics to support WEC Total Rewards plans and policies, and compliance with local legislation and company governance processes.

You will report to the EMEA Total Rewards Director and be located at Springfields Fuel Site near Preston.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the company's advisors, provide support to handle legal and compliance requirements relating to the UK pension plans.
  • Support pension trustee communication initiatives and review and approve monthly pension contributions for compliance and accuracy.
  • Work with the pension trustees as a company representative to ensure services to pension members are delivered.
  • Review pay transparency directives specific to EMEA country legislation to identify new data requirements.
  • Perform general analytics and statistical modelling of Total Rewards data in relation to salary and benefits benchmarking across EMEA.
  • Identify the data requirements and manage data collection across all EMEA countries to allow necessary country-specific reporting to the legislative bodies. Identify data trends to enable improved decision-making concerning legislation and Westinghouse goals.
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes concerning benefits administration in EMEA. This role, however, is not responsible for daily benefits administration.
  • Annually, review employee data submissions to several plan recordkeepers to identify anomalies. Verify late notification processes undertaken by benefits administrators, where applicable, and recommend processes for improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
