Senior Analyst (Europe)

Senior Analyst (Politics, Media & Information Environments) – Europe (Russia/Eastern Europe Focus) – CRM & EBC Engagement

Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Analyst specialising in politics, media landscapes, and information environments across the Europe region to contribute critical insight that drives our strategic communications work. As a Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Monitor political dynamics
  • Track evolving narratives
  • Analyse social, cultural, and informational trends

This role is based within M&C Saatchi World Services, an elite division of M&C Saatchi Group, specialising in national security, social justice, and conflict prevention through integrated, cross-mixed communications and subject-matter expertise.

Core Goals

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our specialist communications division, where you will:

  • Deliver end-to-end, high-impact strategic communications – governance and political change.
  • Support clients across governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and corporate sectors.
  • Work on high-stakes global issues, focusing on regions with vulnerable populations (particularly conflict-affected states).

Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Monitoring and analysing politics, media, and information environments of Eastern Europe, including Russian and neighbouring geopolitical spaces.
    • Act as an in-house regional expert on politics, culture, and information dynamics.
    • Utilise media monitoring and social listening tools (e.g., Springboard, Social Gest, AlertLogix).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
