In this role, you'll be at the forefront of improving in-field repair quality performance— developing key metrics, building tools that drive real-time visibility, and delivering targeted analysis that informs operational decisions and strategic opportunities. You'll serve as the functional bridge between Local Operations and our Product organization, translating operational needs into structured data requirements and tooling improvements. You'll collaborate closely with Local Operations, Product, Data Science, and Hardware teams to help shape the future of Lime's in-field repair quality across all of our operations as we continue to scale. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong, and passionate about using data to solve complex problems. You're equally comfortable partnering with local operations teams and product or engineering stakeholders — and you know how to both structure a process and build a dashboard. If you have 3+ years of experience in business analytics or operations, strong data analysis and visualization skills, and a drive to influence outcomes through insight, we'd love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role open to candidates based anywhere in Europe (London and Berlin preferred), within 120 minutes of a Lime warehouse. The role requires occasional travel (~10%) to Lime warehouses or other locations for team meetings. What You’ll Do: Improve visibility into in-field repair quality: Define and maintain metrics to track repair performance, effectiveness, compliance, efficiency, and ROI — and build tooling to surface these insights in real time across operations Build models and dashboards: Use SQL, Tableau, and spreadsheets to develop repair volume forecasting models, quality compliance dashboards, and performance reports for local operations teams — with robust logic, clearly defined assumptions, and intuitive interfaces Monitor trends and diagnose performance gaps: Track repair efficiency and quality compliance over time, identify root causes behind variances or emerging trends, and recommend actionable solutions at both tactical and strategic levels Turn operational complexity into structured clarity: Bridge Local Operations and Product/Tech by converting messy, real-world business needs into crisp specs, user stories, data requirements, and SOPs that teams can actually execute against Formalize and improve operational processes: Map and document quality workflows, surface inefficiencies, and partner with Local Operations to define and roll out improved standard operating procedures Collaborate with partner teams to improve efficiency: Provide insight and targeted analysis to troubleshoot issues or highlight opportunities. Partner with Operations leadership and local teams to land recommendations and drive action through to resolution Drive continuous improvement in data analytics capabilities across global operations: Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making and analytical excellence through peer collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support About You: Extremely strong proficiency in data analytics, including advanced SQL, spreadsheet modeling, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau or equivalent). Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience 3+ years of experience in business analytics or operations analytics, with demonstrated ability to build reports and dashboards used by operational stakeholders Experience translating business needs into functional data and reporting requirements, ideally working closely with a Product or Engineering team Ability to structure and document operational processes, comfortable with ambiguity and working from first principles when standard frameworks don't exist Curious mindset to spot trends in data, deep-dive root causes, and generate proposals for both tactical and strategic solutions Clear verbal and written communicator, with strong collaboration and influencing skills across both field teams and technical stakeholders Preferred Experience: Python, Google Apps Script, or other automation/scripting capabilities are a strong plus Previous experience in a fast-paced, scaling operations environment (gig economy, last-mile, field services, or similar) Experience working closely with Product or Engineering teams on tooling/product improvements #LI-SP1 #LI-Hybrid If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
