Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Market Research to provide critical, actionable market intelligence for the Data Centres & Cloud ecosystem.
This position requires a hands-on researcher with direct industry experience, exceptional primary research skills, and fluency in field engagement. You will:
- Inform investment decisions
- Develop market entry strategies
- Strengthen competitive positioning across global markets
As a key team member, you will gain broad exposure across regions, topics, and research functions, contributing to the development of a best-in-class market intelligence capability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct primary research including:
- Interviews with operators, hyperscalers, customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
- Stakeholder engagement, surveys, and field analysis

Collect, validate, and analyse data across:
- Supply/demand trends
- Capacity expansions
- Pricing dynamics
- Pipeline developments

Analyse core market dynamics:
- Hyperscale infrastructure trends
- Colocation evolution
- Emerging technologies impacting data centre investment

Assess competitive landscape:
- Operator and provider strategies
- Expansion and partnership activity
- Investment trends across global regions

Monitor regulatory, policy, and technological shifts influencing sector growth

Deliver strategic insights through:
- Insight-driven reports
- Comprehensive datasets
- Internal briefings for decision-makers

Support cross-regional research initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Asia
- Europe
- Middle East
- The Americas

Contribute to market entry and regional expansion strategy analysis
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in Data Centres (mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise in primary research, including:
- Stakeholder interviews
- Market engagement
- Survey design and execution
- Strong background in:
- Market research
- Competitive intelligence
- Strategic analysis
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to:
- Interpret complex data
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- ków Technologies or related sectors (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, real estate) is advantageous but not required.
- Agile multitasking capability across:
- Multiple geographies
- Time zones
- Fast-paced teams
