Senior Marketing Analyst

The Company
Our client is a globally recognised financial services organisation undergoing significant investment across its digital marketing, customer engagement, and marketing technology capabilities.
As part of their continued transformation, they are looking to appoint a Senior Analyst, Marketing Enablement to join a growing Marketing Enablement function. This role will sit at the centre of Marketing, CRM, Data, and Technology, helping deliver highly personalised digital experiences whilst supporting the evolution of their Salesforce ecosystem.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional who enjoys combining technical execution with marketing strategy and wants to work within a sophisticated enterprise MarTech environment.
The Role
As the Senior Analyst, Marketing Enablement, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven customer engagement across multiple digital channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
Working closely with CRM, Data, Web, and Technology teams, you will help translate business requirements into scalable marketing technology solutions that improve customer journeys, campaign performance, and personalisation capabilities.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will own marketing platform execution while contributing towards the wider evolution of the organisation's MarTech ecosystem.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE marketing personalisation cloud experience
- Configure, execute, and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns using Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Data Extensions.
- Manage Marketing Cloud Personalization including campaigns, user profiles, behaviours, events, templates, and experimentation.
- Support Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) including landing pages, form handlers, email templates, and campaign tracking.
- Work with CRM, Data, and Technology teams to establish data integrations and improve audience segmentation.
- Maintain and enhance JavaScript tracking implementations used for behavioural data collection.
- Support web integration activities including HTML updates, AEM components, cookies, pixels, UTMs, and data layer implementations.
- Translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions across the MarTech stack.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, automation, personalisation, and marketing processes.
- Troubleshoot platform issues whilst ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Produce documentation and recommend best practice across marketing technologies.

Skills & Experience
- Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or equivalent platform credentials
- Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, data, CRM, and web teams.
- Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable troubleshooting across platforms and data flows.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and balancing technical execution with business needs.
