Senior Analyst – MedTech Projects Lead

Role Summary
This is a leadership opportunity across a variety of MedTech projects, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional standards in deliverables. You will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and execution for high-impact projects spanning value & access, evidence development, and medical communications.
- Salary: £50,000 per annum
- Role Type: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) or part-time (flexible, e.g., 30 hrs/week) – permanent, hybrid/remote options
- Location: Cambridge (Global HQ), Manchester, or London
- Start Date:
- Ideal: September/October 2026
- Flexible: Monthly start options (availability to be declared in application)
- Application Deadline: Sunday, 19th July 2024
- Interviews: Telephone Screenings – Thursday/Friday, 23–24th July
- Assessment: Completed by Friday, 31st July
- Final Interviews: Week of 17th August
About the Role
Costello Medical is seeking an **experienced Senior Analyst to spearhead the growth of our MedTech service line. In this hybrular role, you will:
- Lead cross-divisional MedTech projects, including value & access, evidence development, and medical communications.
- Develop innovative approaches for evidence generation, value messaging, and market access, particularly for medical devices, diagnostics, imaging, and digital health where traditional endpoints fall short.
- Support client partnerships by contributing to business development (proposals, pitches, new account expansion).
- Progress towards independent business growth strategies, managing your own pipeline of work.

About You: Must-Have Qualifications
We’re looking for a dynamic heterogeneous professional with a passion for healthcare and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset.
Essential Requirements
- Education: Undergraduate degree (minimum 2:1) in a scientific field (e.g., biology, pharmacy, health economics, public health, or related disciplines).
- Experience:
- Proven track record in healthcare consulting, particularly in Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), medical communications, or MedTech.
- Direct experience leading product development phases for client deliverables.
- Technical & Strategic Skills:
- Ability to provide actionable advice on project content and methodology.
- Expertise in scientific writing across audiences (payers, patients, clients).
- Communication:
- Fluent in **both written and verbal client relations; adaptability to varied communication styles.
- Operations:
- Multitasking mastery in fast-paced environments.
- Precision in writing, numeracy, and data presentation (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Mindset:
- Commitment to exceptional customer service amid complex demands.
- Project management excellence and adherence to deadlines.
