Principles for Responsible Investment

About the Principle for Responsible Investment (PRI)

PRI is the global leader in responsible investment, advocating for asset managers and owners to integrate ESG factors into investment decision-making. Our work centres on three core pillars:

  • Translate responsible investment (RI) thought leadership into tailored insights
  • Convene our diverse network to foster collaborative action
  • Leverage global scale to influence regulatory and policy-making for systemic change

About the Role

This fixed-term Senior Analyst position supports a multi-year grant to drive sustainable value creation in private markets, including private equity, debt, real estate, and infrastructure. You’ll work closely with a high-impact programme gaining significant momentum, contributing to its expansion over the next two years.

As part of PRI’s Guidance team, your key remit involves supporting PRI’s investor signatories across private markets to integrate responsible investment practices. This includes developing technical frameworks, tools (e.g., climate and human rights guidance), content (webinars/podcasts), and consultative materials to empower stakeholders through knowledge-sharing and peer engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
