Senior Subscriber Growth Analyst
London (Hybrid, 4 days in office) | Up to £70,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly recognised international consumer subscription business at a time of continued investment and growth. Working within a specialist analytics function, you will use data to shape acquisition, retention and customer value strategies across multiple markets, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making.

The Role
As a Senior Subscriber Growth Analyst, you will help the business understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve subscriber acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering in-depth customer and subscriber growth analysis across acquisition, retention, churn, engagement, and lifetime value metrics
- Providing commercially focused recommendations to support growth strategies across multiple markets
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making through data-driven insight
- Presenting analytical findings and business recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Building and maintaining dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualisations
- Designing robust analytical approaches and measurement frameworks to evaluate business performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and analytics workflows
- Contributing to a developing AI-focused analytics culture through innovative ways of working
Your Skills & Experience
- Advanced SQL skills with experience writing and optimising complex queries
- Strong customer analytics experience covering acquisition, growth, retention, churn, engagement, or lifetime value
- Experience building dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate analysis into business recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence presenting insights and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced analytical environment

Desirable Experience
- Python, R, or another analytical programming language
- Statistical analysis, experimentation, or modelling techniques
- Experience within subscription, recurring revenue, digital consumer, or membership-based businesses
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve analytical workflows and efficiency
