Senior Analyst - Subscription Analytics

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits

A leading global digital entertainment business is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its growing analytics function and support customer growth across the EMEA region.

The role will focus on understanding subscriber behaviour, identifying growth opportunities and using data-driven insights to influence commercial decisions across acquisition, retention and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer and subscriber trends, including acquisition, retention, churn and lifetime value
  • Develop insights and recommendations to support business growth
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions to communicate performance clearly
  • Work closely with marketing, commercial and regional teams
  • Present findings and influence decision-making with senior stakeholders
  • Support the continued development of analytics capabilities, including the use of AI in analytical workflows

What we're looking for:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Experience in customer analytics, growth analytics or a similar commercial analytics role
  • Strong understanding of subscription, digital or consumer business models
  • Ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations and business actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with data visualisation tools
  • Python or R experience would be beneficial but is not essential
